Guidelines for a SAFE and HAPPY stay

Please read the following guidelines to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

CHECK IN: 1 PM. Additional fees for early check-in may apply (if available), please call to confirm .

CHECK-OUT TIME: 12 NOON. If you need late checkout, please check with the office on availability ahead of time.

RATES: Based on 2 adults, 2 kids (under 15 years old). Except the tent site ( 2 included only). Please see our rates page for more details.

QUIET HOURS: From dark until 8:00 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise down, turn off any music, and turn off bright lights after dark.

SPEED LIMIT: 5mph; please remember when you drive that there are children and pets walking throughout the campground.

VISITORS/GUESTS: A visitor or guest is a person not listed on your registration form. Upon arrival a visitor/guest must obtain a Day Pass or Night Pass. A Day Pass is $3.00 per person a Night Pass is $5.00 per person. Day Pass must exit before 9 pm. Night Pass must exit before 12 noon the following day or obtain another pass.  Visitor's vehicles must display a Car Pass on mirror at all times and park in Visitor Parking. If Guests are not registered a charge of $5.00 (Day Pass)/$10.00 (Night Pass) per guest will be charged to your account.


CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for behavior and safety of their children. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the park at any time without a responsible adult. Please no walking or bike riding through other camper’s sites and all children should return to their site before dark.

PETS: Pets are welcome but should be leashed, quiet, and cleaned up after. Please do not leave your pet unattended, especially in the tent area, outside of your campsite, on the playground, or at the shelter house. Due to allergies, pets are not permitted to stay in our cabins. The $100 violation fee will be charged if a pet is found in the cabin.

PARKING: Please do not drive or park on the grass. If your vehicle does not fit on your site, we ask that it be moved to our visitor parking area.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV): We DO NOT allow EV charging from any of our electrical pedestal. Plugging an EV into a pedestal could permanently damage vehicle and the whole campground’s electrical system. The EV owner WILL BE liable for any damage done to the system.

POOL: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10 am until dusk. Please no jumping or roughhousing in the pool. We ask that all swimmers dry off before using the restrooms or going to the store. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

SMOKING
No smoking in any enclosed building including cabins, bathrooms, laundry facility, game room, or shelter house. DO NOT TOSS CIGARETTE BUTTS ON GRASS, GRAVEL, OR IN FIRE PITS.

RESTROOMS & SHOWERS: Please help us keep them clean. Children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult. If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know immediately to insure everyone has clean facilities.

RUGS/MATS: Please keep all rugs and mats off the grass. You are permitted to place rugs and mats on the gravel areas ONLY.

FIRES: Please do not move fire rings or leave garbage in fire pits. Do not leave your fire unattended and please keep fires at a manageable height for everyone’s safety.

WATER: All sites have access to potable water. RV and vehicle washing is prohibited.

TRASH: Please dispose of all trash in the provided dumpster to help keep the campground clean. Do not deposit trash in any fire pits.

THEFT/LOSS: Wolfie’s Campground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to other’s property.

Wolfie's Campground, its owners and managers, are not responsible for losss or injury from fire, theft, tornados, falling trees, electrical failure, or any act beyond our control - so please be careful. Anyone who absconds, vandalizes, or attempts to defraud the park will be subject to prosecution. Management and owners are not responsible for any injury to persons or pets. All facilities of Wolfie’s Campground are used by campers and their guests at their own risk. The management reserves the right to evict anyone for failing to observe the park rules.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND POLICY

  • Please note that there is a $25 processing fee on all cancellations.

  • We do not give credit or refunds due to weather. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

  • Payment in full is required at time of reservation.

  • If canceled by 6 pm 7 days or more prior to arrival, Full Refund: Get back 100% of what you paid less cancellation processing fee.

  • If canceled by 6 pm 3 days or more prior to arrival, Get credit towards your future stay, less cancellation processing fee.

  • If canceled less than 3 days prior to arrival. No Refund.

  • Monthly Campers subject to the term of the Monthly License Agreement.

    Non-refundable pre-payment and a minimum length of stay is required for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, and Hunting Season.
